Sorry to hear that but stress no more! If you haven't already, please freeze your card by giving it a double tap in your app. If you’ve looked everywhere and still can’t find it, then give us a call and we can arrange a replacement card to be sent to you in no time.
FYI - if you’re overseas and need a new card urgently, you may need to pay a small shipping fee to speed up delivery... We’ll confirm this fee with you over the phone.
