• How to load money with PayID:

1. 1. Open your mobile banking app and select Pay Anyone / Pay Someone (note: your bank might not mention PayID)
   2. Choose email address as the payment method
   3. Enter your unique PayID email address (from your Pelikin account)  
   4. Enter the amount you’d like to load
   5. Confirm all details are correct and submit the payment
   
   

   IMPORTANT: The money you load has to come from a bank account that matches the name on your Pelikin account - if you use someone else's bank account the load will be rejected.
